Gregg's popular book entitled Unleashed!: Expecting Greatness and other secrets of coaching for exceptional performance is based on the principles of the highly-experiential workshop, Leader as Coach. His second book, The Leadership Experience: From Individual Success to Organization Significance, co-authored with Ron Crossland, will be in bookstores in late 2007.

Gregg brings 25 years of management and consulting experience in the technology, resources, manufacturing, environmental and financial sectors to his role at Bluepoint. He is a member of various civic and professional organizations and has served on numerous public company and not-for-profit boards. He holds a Master of Science degree in organization development from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
